Are you a BAME author, or one with a disability, struggling with an idea that is trapped inside of you?

Eight Magpies Publishing is looking for strong writers from these groups, who are writing on a cultural & disabled theme. For, these groups need to have choice on the book shelves just like anyone else, and just as important create an awareness of their talents.

Our aim is advancing your incredible writing, which needs to demonstrate mind blowing stories, until it manifests into a book.

There’s no catch. Eight Magpies only ask is for you to be as passionate about books as we are, and moreover, offer something in terms of a brilliant read for children.

The criteria for submissions include the creation of characters who the reader will not only identify with, but also want to be. Written in a format where words jump off pages, using narrative that will rouse & stimulate young imaginations, we want to see plenty of adventure & fantasy in your tale.

The purpose is to strike a chord with booklovers, and serenade them visually.

Eight Magpies Publishing is not a self-publishing organization, we are the real McCoy. And once you’re happy with what you’ve created, we’re here to assist. One needn’t walk through the minefield of publishing unaided, because we know everyone needs a helping hand.

What we won’t do is write your book for you. But we will offer practical assistance if an idea is worthwhile, to see you get there.
